Before establishing Avya Legal Advisors, she served in senior capacities within the legal team at IIFL Finance Limited, one of India’s leading NBFCs. She spearheaded high-stakes corporate real estate litigation and enforcement matters involving portfolios exceeding INR 800 to 1000 crore and played a pivotal role in an international arbitration while also representing the company before officials of the Economic Offences Wing (EOW) in complex white-collar investigations.

Prior to her tenure at IIFL, she was part of the Resolution Team at Pegasus Assets Reconstruction Pvt. Ltd., where she handled recovery strategy, security enforcement and insolvency-driven restructuring for distressed loan portfolios. Her work contributed to strengthening creditor rights and streamlining enforcement outcomes in challenging, high-value matters.
